Who We Are

Empatha is a small business located in Research Triangle Park, NC, dedicated to improving knowledge and experience by providing research and other support services to government, business, foundations, and universities. Our goal is improving information to improve lives.

Our Vision

Our goal is to be on the forefront of health communication, leveraging our expertise to fulfill our client needs and ultimately improve lives through improving information delivery.

Empatha will change the way you think about contact centers. We deliver customized contact center solutions that allow our clients to succeed. We maintain transparency, work in partnership with our clients and stay true to our values of honesty and integrity.

Our Mission

Empatha’s mission is to provide interactive communication services that are client-centered and focused on improving health and social service outcomes for the people who need and seek such services.

Empatha does this by providing interactive communication services for business, government, services organizations, and research institutions to meet the needs of all people who need timely, effective, and empathetic information that improves wellness, prevents illness, and limits the harmful consequences of disease for them, their families and their communities.

Our Values

Selective: We will not take every job. Empatha prides itself on being a company where morals are not compromised for profit. We believe in equality and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation or military status in any of our activities or operations. We take our non-discriminatory practice and apply it to all of our business affairs, including the work we accept from clients.

Integrity and Honesty: Integrity and honesty are core values at Empatha. Our staff are committed to conducting ourselves and business affairs with honesty and integrity.

Cost Conscious: Empatha is wholly-owned subsidiary of a 100-year-old nonprofit, the American Sexual Health Association (ASHA). Other companies may overcharge for their services and lock clients into long-term agreements or suggest services they don’t need to make a substantial profit. Not Empatha. We are cost-conscious, we customize our solutions based on client needs, and will recommend the most cost efficient solution, not the most profitable for us, because we understand the importance of the work our clients do.
